Training Elili

Nobuo looked uneasily to the mare who had finally accepted her saddle. Today was day one of training. Inu watched intently to the two, man and horse and smiled warmly, today was the first day her beautiful mare SC Elili Illusions.

Inu watched with a curious look. Nobuo hadn't trained a horse before much less a green horse. Inu had found him Nobuo on her door step begging for a job, being one of the people that just couldn't say no she sent him to work cleaning out the stalls and feeding the horses. It wasn't until her first mare came that Inu had gotten this insane idea. She told Nobuo that his prority was Elili. He was to care for her as if she were his own. Inu could see the excitement and joy in the boys eyes as he worked his hardest to gain her trust, then to slowly be able to slip on her halter, for her to learn manners, then the saddle and to accept the bit. Today was the next step. Today Nobuo would ride.

YAY! Elili gets trained! Yes I am aware that this is a western saddle but training a horse to accept a human on her back is a bit difficult so.... western saddle ho!

Yeah Nobuo is my only stable hand at this point in time... but I only have two horses so it's not that big of a issue for me at the moment.
